These cookies are fabulous!!!! I found that the mix was REALLY runny so I added a tbsp of cocoa. It was then too dry so I added a bit of almond milk. I didn't use the sugar liquid. I put a bit extra sweetener in it :)

Has anyone figured out the net carbs per serving (or batch) on this? I'm trying to get my boyfriend to make it for me and he is also on induction. He's bit hard core and is skeptical this works for induction. Thanks in advance if anyone who has done the figuring is willing to share what they learned!

Not sure if this is relevant any more, but poppers store really well! We freeze ours all the time & then take out about a dozen at a time & enjoy the treat when we feel like it. Also, we add cheddar to our cream cheese mix & tone down the creamed cheese - both good, though! Thanks for posting :)

I've used a recipe that calls for baby corn in it, and it's delicious! Baby corn is low carb because it hasn't matured enough to develop that starches, I'm told. Anyway, I just put it in the blender until it's chopped, not pureed and add it to the cornbread mix. My hubby and I like to add jalapeno's and will sometimes add sausage for a complete meal. Yum! It satisfies my bread cravings!

Hi! I love your blog and totally agree one of my favorite dishes is this soup from Le Madeleine, although I am allergic to DAIRY. Would you recommend for me to substitute the heavy cream with silken tofu?

I'm going to make this tonight. I have a bit of left over baby corn, the kind you find in stir-fry. Carb count is 3 net per oz., think I'll whiz it up in chopper and add to batter for a bit of real corn essence.

I tried these tonight and they were delicious.I used cream of tartar as someone else suggested. I also used splenda brown sugar and 1/2 cup of regular chocolate chips ,they added more richness and my family loved them.
